You can read more about our legal entities and structures in [[Legal Entities]]. ## Team ### Founder, CEO: Timothy Tavarez  Timothy Tavarez is the Founder and CEO of Decombine Corporation and its subsidiary organizations. Originally from Allentown, PA, USA, Timothy served with the United States Air Force (USAF) in Cyber Systems Operations from 2010-2016 with the 561 Network Operations Squadron in Colorado Springs, CO, USA. Timothy completed his enlistment with an Honorable Discharge as a Staff Sergeant and went on to found his first company to build software for public libraries (2016-2017). Timothy joined Microsoft in 2017 and consulted for National Security and Defense customers, including every branch of Department of Defense (DoD), developing and leading pathfinding solutions in Azure Proof of Concepts (PoC) projects. Timothy resigned from Microsoft in December 2022 and founded Decombine shortly after. Timothy lives today in Helsinki, Finland and travels often between the United States and European Union.
